Preservation and augment bone and soft tissue are critical to implant success. Increasing complexity of our patient population requires advanced and minimally invasive approaches to reduce the risk and morbidity. Evidence-based presentations will demonstrate minimally invasive management for a continuum of defects from extraction sites (single and multi-tooth) through advanced bone and soft tissue defects.

Dr. Dan Cullum completed his DDS with distinction at the University of Alberta, Canada and residency training at Westchester Medical Center, New York. Dr. Cullum is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is on faculty as a Visiting Lecturer at Loma Linda University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and UCLA, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He speaks internationally and has contributed articles, textbook chapters, and an innovative textbook on minimally invasive implant surgery. Dr. Myron Nevins is the Editor of the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry and Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Nevins is a past President of the American Academy of Periodontology and a former Director and Chairman of the American Board of Periodontology, where his contributions have been recognized with the Gold Medal and the Master Clinician Awards. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He maintains a private practice limited to Periodontics and Implantology in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Dr. Bart Silverman graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1982 Summa Cum Laude and received his doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1986 from Fairleigh Dickinson Jr. School of Dentistry. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Westchester County Medical Dr. Bart Silverman Center in 1989. He is in private practice in New City, N.Y. and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Silverman is an attending Physician at Westchester County Medical Center, a Clinical Associate Professor at New York Medical College, Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York University School of Dentistry, and Surgical Director of NYU Post Grad Continuing Education Dental Implant Program.
