This course features live surgery, clinical case studies and an extensive surgical video library to teach GBR and minimally invasive grafting techniques. We will present practical cost effective techniques to manage small to large extraction site defects. We will discuss selection of bone material and membranes, primary closure vs. non-primary closure techniques and protective periodontal dressing. This course also features an update of the most current techniques in ridge augmentation for implant placement, concepts of GBR, management of membrane exposure, identification of sites with localized ridge deficiency including use of Bone Morphogenic Protein and growth factors available to achieve predictable ridge augmentation. Course includes hands-on demonstrations with grafting materials, resorbable and non-resorbable barriers, Collagen, Epiguide and Cytoplast.
