Dr. Daniel R Cullum, DDS - Director

Dr. Cullum completed his DDS with distinction at the University of Alberta, Canada and residency training at Westchester Medical Center, New York. The specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires 4 to 6 additional years of post-graduate hospital based surgical, medical and anesthesia training (Complete list of education). He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is Past-Chair, Department of Surgery, at Kootenai Medical Center.
Dr. Cullum has had the opportunity to speak at the national meetings of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Prosthodontists, Cuban Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, as well as many state and local meetings (presentations). He has contributed to a textbook chapter on implant reconstruction (publications) and served in leadership roles at both state and local societies (societal memberships).
Dr. Cullum is married with three children and lives in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. At Implant Northwest he practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with emphasis on immediate and minimally invasive techniques in esthetic implant reconstruction. He has extensive experience and training in management of complex facial injuries, corrective jaw surgery, esthetic facial surgery and removal of impacted wisdom teeth.
Dr. Cullum has developed a number of innovative techniques and continues to study internationally (continuing education). Dr. Cullum is also the director of the Implants Northwest LIVE Training Center, a continuing education institute in Coeur d'Alene.

Dr. Earl Ness, DDS, MSD

Earl M. Ness DDS, MSD is an experienced prosthodontist specializing in implant supported oral rehabilitation. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with extreme cases. In addition he speaks at state and national conferences, lectures for a variety of study clubs throughout Washington and Idaho. He is a published author and on faculty at the University of Washington. He maintains a successful practice in two locations: Spokane and Silverdale, Washington.
Dr. Giles Horrocks, DDS, MS

Dr. Horrocks is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry. He completed his specialty training in Periodontology at the Dept. of Medicine and Surgery at the Veterans Administration Medical Center
in Milwaukee, WI. He received a Masters of Science degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Horrocks holds a teaching position at the College of Dental Medicine at the University of Colorado and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Horrocks is in a private practice in Boulder, CO and limits his practice to oral plastic, regenerative, and implant surgery.
